This Privacy Policy describes how MyPreset (the "App") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our service.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Image Data
The App uses only the images you explicitly select for editing. Photo selection is performed through Apple's system photo picker (PHPicker), which allows limited, user-selected access rather than continuous full-library access. All image processing is performed entirely on your device, and your photos are never transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers.
If you choose to save an edited image, the output is written to your device's Photos app (Camera Roll). We do not collect, store, or access those saved images. Saved images remain in your Photos library until you delete them.
1.2 User Preferences
The App stores your preferences locally on your device. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted externally.
1.3 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain information through third-party services, including:
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers
- Usage Data: App features used, session duration
- Analytics Data: Collected via third-party services (see Section 3)
1.4 Biometric-Related Data
The App does not collect or retain face templates or other biometric identifiers for authentication purposes. Processed images and analytics logs do not include biometric templates used to identify individuals.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for:
- Providing and improving App functionality
- Analyzing usage patterns to enhance user experience
- Displaying relevant advertisements
- Identifying and fixing technical issues
- Complying with legal obligations
3. Third-Party Services
Our App uses the following third-party services:
3.1 Google AdMob
- Purpose: Displaying advertisements

4. Photo Library Access
The App uses Apple's PHPicker to allow you to select photos from your library. This system component:
- Provides limited access only to the photos you explicitly select
- Does not require full photo library permission
- Ensures your photos remain private and secure
Selected photos are processed locally on your device, and are saved to your Camera Roll only when you take an explicit save action. No photo data is ever transmitted to external servers.
Saving edited photos may require iOS "Add to Photos" permission. You can change or revoke these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
5. Data Retention
- In-app processing image data: Not retained by the App after real-time processing
- Saved images: Retained in your device's Photos app until you delete them
- User Preferences: Stored locally on your device until you delete the App
- Analytics Data: Retained according to third-party service policies
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request information about data collected
- Deletion: Delete your data by uninstalling the App (local data) or contacting us (analytics data)
- Opt-Out: Opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings
6.1 GDPR (EU Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including:
- Right to access

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. All image processing occurs locally on your device, ensuring your photos remain private. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
